There are seven species of sea turtle around the globe, however only 5 of them are typically seen along or near the Florida coastline, and only three of those actually nest on our beaches. We are lucky enough to have 9.5 miles of beach (stretching from MacArthur Beach State Park to Tequesta), that we can monitor during nesting season.
